Hello friends,
I am on the Avery Elle blog today with a card I made using the Berry Good stamp set.
I tried a little "no line" watercolor technique with my Berry Good cards, and I was really pleased with the outcome. Using Distress ink, I stamped the pears with a light ink before watercoloring the images with distress ink smooshed onto an acrylic block. I added a bit of shading under the fruit and once the image was dry, I stamped the sentiment. Before adhering the watercolor panel to the card, I die cut the edge using the Dotted Borders Elle-ments die.
Below are a couple more examples I shared previously using watercolor and Berry Good.
Thanks for stopping by!

ReplyDeleteWhoa, Katie. That second card... your watercoloring and then the strip of PP which resembles fabric. I love that card!
ReplyDeleteThese are amazing! I never thought of stamping with a lighter color to eliminate the line! Great tip!
