It's Day 2 of release week at Neat and Tangled!! Today, the team is previewing a new set called Swirly Twirly Tags and here is a card I created with this darling new set:
This card was made by layering lots of elements- washi tape, patterned paper and stamps from this set to create my card. Before I started taping everything down, I misted some green cardstock with white ink
